New website and user testing
New website for World Jewish Relief that supported their main areas of work and had a strong focus for appeals and fundraising.

Understanding the motivations of our audience was key to this work. We knew that often our community of supporters had heard of us but couldn't explain or pinpoint exactly what work we did globally or at home.
We redid the website using our new brand with our three pillars of work and fundraising at the heard. My role included:
project management from brief through to launch
tender and recruiting of digital agency for the development of the new website
content audit and content creation
user testing of new website
data flows and governance across the website including for own just giving site
continuous improvements and UX work across the website
