To complete a ten interviews and get a suite of images for Deaf Child Worldwide to show the scope and impact of their projects in India. These were to be used across the website, communications and annual report.

the work

We worked closely with UK based staff of Deaf Child Worldwide to organise our time with partners, ensuring families were fully informed that we were visiting and how sharing their story would impact them. My role included:

  • project management from brief through to completion

  • working with UK staff to identify and understand the families who were willing to share their stories

  • writing up contracts and governance of the project

  • interviewing and photography of families throughout our time

  • edit and write up of stories and photographs

"Our team and partners were very impressed with Claudine's work in India, interviewing deaf young people and their families from two different partners.

Each of these case studies were fantastic and the photographs really captured the individual and their relationship with families and teachers. All of these case studies were vital to show our supporters, funders and international members a real insight to our work and the impact that Deaf Child Worldwide do with our partners in three regions."
